✅ Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or broken products.

  • We also offer an exchange option if you'd like to swap your item for another product in our store (subject to availability).


🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page.

  2. Fill out the form with the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Date of Order

    • Payment Mode

  3. Upload or provide a link to your unboxing video (required for processing).


📦 Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

For any return or refund request to be considered:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is required.

  • The video must be recorded from the moment you open the parcel for the first time.

  • Ensure the video is:

    • High resolution

    • Not edited, trimmed, or split

    • Showing the full unpacking process clearly

📌 Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days after return approval for the amount to reflect in your account.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Do not accept parcels with tampered or damaged packaging.

  • Bracotive reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on the provided video and product condition.

  • We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size preference, or general dissatisfaction.
