Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day after they are placed.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as courier issues, public holidays, or natural events. We will keep you informed in such situations.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We offer an Easy Return and Refund Policy within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please record an unboxing video as proof in case you wish to request a return or refund.
No returns will be accepted without an unboxing video.
We do not accept returns for products received in tampered or damaged packaging — please do not accept such parcels and contact us immediately.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and verified by our team.

4. Cancellations
